The Docks

Feed the boat. Earn a share. Watch the tide change your cut.

When the Docks are open for the season, buy a seasonal Docks pass with $CRIME. The board shows the current pass price and boats. A pass belongs to that season; it does not carry into the next one. Availability and pool funding are set for the season, so a guide is not a promise that the pier is open today.

A boat stays for 24 real hours, asking for one kind of resource: cash, bullets, cars, a named drug or a base stat. A full season has 25 boats. Read today's ask, its valuation and departure time before donating. This is separate from the Docks district in Gang Wars.

Donating destroys what you give

• Give only the resource today's boat accepts. You can make more than one donation while it is open.
• Cash, bullets, drugs and cars are removed. Stat donations reduce the relevant base stat. There is no refund.
• A donation has a valued contribution amount. Your share is your contribution divided by the total contributed to that boat.
• You must be an active registered character and free to act. Jail, hospital, safe-house stays and training can block donations; the board explains the current restriction.

Daily payouts and the season pool

When a boat departs, its fixed $CRIME pot is split among contributors in proportion to their shares. The credit is automatic. Everything shown before settlement is an estimate: another player donating later increases the total and reduces your percentage. A displayed estimate is not a locked quote.

For example, contributing 100 units to a total of 1,000 units gives you 10%. If the total later grows to 2,000, your same contribution is 5%. The boat pot does not grow just because more people donate.

Each boat's share also contributes to your season-pool share points. Regular participation across boats matters: one giant donation does not give ownership of the whole season pool. The season pool pays automatically at season close, alongside the final boat. The Season Pool tab shows earned share points and a moving payout estimate.

Death stops further donations but does not erase shares already earned. Daily and season payouts still credit earned contributions. Follow your results in the Docks history and $CRIME ledger.

Is my estimated Docks payout guaranteed?

No. Your percentage changes as other players donate. The fixed boat pot is divided using the final contribution totals at settlement.

Does a Docks pass last forever?

No. It unlocks participation for the season in which it is bought.
